Bookings & Policies

We would love you to stay with us at our Ohakune Homestay and have provided some basic booking and cancellation policies for your reservation with us. Please feel free to use the online booking form on the right hand side to contact us with your reservation request.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is to take credit card details as a guarantee of your reservation.

These details will be held in full confidentiality and will not be processed until the date of your stay whereupon we will manually process those details together with your card.

Should you cancel your reservation and we are notified at least 24 hours before the date of your stay there will be no cancellation fee.

If notification of cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the date of your stay there will be initially no fee charged.

HOWEVER should we be unable to reallocate your room there will be a cancellation charge to the cost of one nights’ accommodation.

Check in time of 3pm and a check out time of 10am.

We do not cater for children under the age of twelve.
